At this step, the teacher only needs to listen calmly and don't rush to judge the right or wrong of the event. Let the students' emotions get the best vent in the teacher's listening and questioning.
Step 2: Persuade both sides of the conflict, dig deep into each student's inner thoughts and grievances on this matter, and point out that students will realize their mistakes and find acceptable solutions to the problem while comforting.
The second step, students who have contradictions must be persuaded separately.
