The reeducation-through-labor camp is a place for reeducation-through-labor personnel and is responsible for accommodating reeducation-through-labor personnel. Do not accept/kloc-teenagers under 0/4 years old.
Article 5 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Reeducation-through-Labor Management stipulates that the Reeducation-through-Labor Management Office is responsible for receiving reeducation-through-labor personnel according to the Decision of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) and the Provisions on the Scope and Objects of Receiving Reeducation-through-Labor Personnel promulgated by the State Council.
The following persons are not allowed to stay:
(1) Teenagers under the age of sixteen;
(two) mental patients, stupid people, blind, deaf, dumb, seriously ill patients (unless there are special provisions in laws and regulations);
(3) Women who are pregnant or breast-feeding babies under one year old;
(4) Persons who have lost their ability to work.
If the child has no gross negligence or illegal crime, he can't be sent to a labor camp. Once a child enters a labor camp, it will also become the shadow of his life, which will greatly hurt their self-esteem and thus become more rebellious. Therefore, rebellious children must not be sent to labor camps casually.
Although rebellious children can't be sent to labor camps, there is actually an education school that helps rebellious children learn behavior and psychological correction, which is a special training school for teenagers in many populations, which is very suitable for rebellious children.
