Transfer seal of education bureau
After receiving the transfer notice issued by the Education Examination Center, the transfer school will issue a transfer certificate, and provide a copy of the student growth record book, health card, vaccination card and student status card (the original is retained). And high school students must also provide high school admission materials (high school students in this city must also provide social security student status cards).

If high school students from other provinces and cities transfer to high schools in this district, the transfer contact form (or transfer certificate) should be stamped with the special seal for student status management of the higher education administrative department of the original school, and provide the high school student status certificate and student status certificate.

The certificate of high school qualification in other provinces and cities is issued by the higher education administrative department of the school, among which the provincial key (experimental demonstration) high school is issued by the local provincial education department (education Committee), and the municipal key high school is issued by the local municipal education bureau (education Committee).

Article 1 For the two types of students who belong to 1 inter-school transfer in the compulsory education stage, the students or parents shall issue a transfer contact form to the original school. After the transfer and transfer school verify the transfer conditions and affix their seals, they shall submit the transfer contact form and relevant supporting materials (originals) to the District Education Examination Center for examination and approval, and issue two transfer notices, one of which shall be kept by the transfer school, and the other shall be issued by the transfer school and provide relevant materials. In principle, the corresponding schools in the campus should unconditionally accept such students' transfer.

Article 2. For the three types of students who belong to the second type of inter-school transfer in the compulsory education stage in this district, the students or parents apply to the original school for transfer, and the school issues a transfer contact form after verifying the original according to the object conditions, and the receiving school issues a transfer receipt after verifying the original under the condition of class size. Then, students or parents will check with the transfer contact form, transfer receipt and relevant certification materials (original) at the District Education Examination Center, and issue two transfer notices after examination and approval by the examination center.

If the counterpart school in the campus cannot receive it due to the class size, it shall be coordinated by the district education examination center. The schools involved should obey the arrangement of the district education examination center.

Article 3. In principle, we should strictly control the students who belong to the three types of transfer between schools in this area during the compulsory education stage. First, the students or parents issue a transfer contact form to the original school, fill in the transfer application form (see Table 2) when transferring, and then submit the transfer contact form and transfer application form to the Basic Education Department for review. With the approval of the basic education department, the examination center will issue the Notice of Transfer in duplicate, one of which will be kept by the transfer school, which will issue the transfer certificate and provide relevant materials, and the other will be submitted to the school together with the transfer certificate and relevant materials.

Article 4 Where students in the compulsory education stage are transferred from different districts and counties (provinces and cities) to primary and secondary schools in this district, the above-mentioned first, second and third paragraphs shall be followed. When transferring from primary and secondary schools in this district, students or parents should first open a transfer contact form in the original school, and then open a transfer receipt in the transfer school. Then, with the transfer contact form and the transfer receipt (the transfer of junior high school students must be approved by the responsible department of the school's district and county education bureau, and the transfer receipt must be stamped with the special seal for student status management), go to the district education examination center for transfer procedures. After being approved by the Education Examination Center, they will issue two transfer notices, one of which will be kept by the transfer school, which will issue the transfer certificate and provide it.

Article 5. All students who transfer from ordinary high schools will be transferred to the school to verify the relevant supporting materials. If the class size allows, and the students agree to be admitted after the test, they will issue an admission certificate, and the students or parents will go to the district education examination center to approve the relevant materials with the certificates sealed by both schools. If you agree to transfer, the examination center will issue two transfer notices, one of which will be kept by the transfer school, which will issue the transfer certificate and provide relevant materials, and the other will be handed over to the school with the transfer certificate and relevant materials.
