Liu Shixiong's life
/kloc-0 was born in Xiantao, Hubei province in February, 1956, and joined China in June, 438+0983. Graduated from the Department of Mathematics of Huazhong Normal University. 1993 was rated as a special math teacher in middle schools in Hubei Province. He guided students to win the perfect gold medal in the 36th International Mathematical Olympiad. He has published more than 70 papers in Mathematics Bulletin and other publications, and published works such as World in the Mirror, Mathematics Competition in Senior High School, and A Course of Olympic Mathematics (Grade Two). He was awarded the Science and Technology Progress Award of Hubei Provincial Government, the Excellent Popular Science Book Award and the first prize of "China Su Mathematics Education Award".

/kloc-from 0/995 to 2007, he served as the principal of Wuhan No.3 Middle School, a key middle school in Hubei Province (in 2000, he also served as the director of education of Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corporation). With his advanced educational concept and unique educational management practice, he turned an enterprise middle school into a famous school in China with national influence in cultivating high-quality talents and outstanding talents in sports and art. During his tenure as principal, 13 people won international Olympic prizes in mathematics and physics. A total of 16 students in WISCO No.3 Middle School won international subject cards, among which 15 students won the International Mathematical Olympiad, ranking first among middle schools in China. WISCO No.3 Middle School is also one of the core schools of China's Mathematical Olympiad cooperation (there are 20 schools in China).
