Countries along the "Belt and Road" are gathering places for overseas Chinese, with more than 40 million overseas Chinese, and are also the regions with the strongest strength of Chinese businessmen, especially in Southeast Asia. It is estimated that the global assets of China enterprises are about US$ 4 trillion, of which the economic aggregate of Chinese businessmen in Southeast Asia is US$ 1. 1 trillion to US$ 1.2 trillion. About 1/3 of the top 500 Chinese businessmen in the world are in ASEAN countries. The economic strength of Chinese businessmen has increased and become an important pillar of local economy in many countries. China companies account for about 70% of the listed companies in Southeast Asia Stock Exchange. The combination of the "Belt and Road" construction and China's economy has provided a broad stage for overseas Chinese. Because overseas Chinese have strong economic and technological strength, mature production and marketing network, extensive political and business connections and unique advantages of connecting China and foreign countries, they can show their talents and make great achievements in implementing the "Belt and Road" strategy.
