1998 after graduating from college, with the dream of teaching and educating people, I boarded the three-foot platform. Facing brand-new teaching materials and students, preparing lessons has become the core of teaching and research. Prepare teaching materials, prepare students, prepare teaching methods, and prepare lessons ..... Only when you are well prepared can you avoid trouble. Many things happen, and my persistent and dedicated research has won impressive achievements and repeated praise from leaders. After work, I have resorted to writing for my confusion and feelings in teaching, and my papers, cases and class meeting designs have been commended by the district and municipal governments. At that time, I felt that there was learning in teaching, enlightenment in learning, and a sense of accomplishment.

Time flies, it's been ten years. I teach, I am the head teacher, and I also have some chores at school. It is important to stay up late, but it is more important to find a scientific and effective class management method. 20 10 I advocate independent management of students in groups and grades. The class committee has a clear division of labor, and everyone is conscientious. There are four meetings in the class: one is the monitor, the other is the supervisor, the students check and correct themselves, and the cadres check and evaluate quantitatively. These three departments are learning department, discipline department and health department. The four meetings refer to the big class meeting on Monday, and the rest are small class meetings. Later, Mr. Zhang Xianbing from Wolong District promoted the self-management mode in the whole region in the form of achievement promotion. I realize that real scientific research is the transformation from teaching practice to scientific theory, and real scientific research can better help front-line teaching management.

In the new century, the conditions for running schools in rural areas have gradually improved, but the loss of students is serious, and the rise of migrant workers has made left-behind children a unique product in rural areas. Left-behind children are in the transition period of growth, and their physiology and psychology will be affected by the lack of parent-child companionship.
