If you want to report anonymously, you can use Internet phone software, such as ali tong, and call the Ministry of Education at 010-66092315/3315. While protecting yourself, you can also speak freely.

Anonymous online report

If you don't want to report by phone, you can also choose to report anonymously online. Create a new email address and send it to the Ministry of Education:1239 1@moe.edu.cn, and write a tip-off letter. Tell a story, provide evidence, justice is in your hands!

Reporting skills
