Extended data
Those who are listed as development targets should participate in centralized training courses organized by higher-level party organizations before joining the Party. Training time is generally 5-7 days (or not less than 40 hours). Training content: study China, party constitution and other documents. The "Teaching Materials for Joining the Party" compiled by the Organization Bureau of the Central Organization Department can be used as learning guidance materials.
After the intensive training, a comprehensive examination will be conducted, and the students will make a personal summary. The training course will timely transmit the training information and personal summary to the relevant party branches for the record.
Due to special circumstances, it is indeed difficult to participate in centralized training for development targets in party member. Grass-roots party committees can arrange their own self-study, clarify the learning content, provide necessary study guidance, and strengthen supervision and inspection. Those who have not been trained are generally not allowed to join the party.
