1. The applicant can apply for the manufacturer identification code to the branch where the code is located, and provide three sets of business licenses or business licenses of enterprise legal persons and their copies. (The files are kept by China Article Coding Center, the coding branch of the applicant and the enterprise where the applicant works).

2. Fill in the membership registration form of China Bar Code System, and you can fill in the membership registration form directly online. (Note: If you fill in the application form online, you need to print and stamp it, and then submit it to the local code branch. )

3. If it is a group company, please fill in the basic information form of subsidiaries of the group company.

4. After the local coding branch conducts a preliminary examination of the applicant's application materials, the qualified materials shall be signed by the coding branch and submitted to China Article Coding Center (hereinafter referred to as China Article Coding Center) for examination and approval.

5. After receiving the qualified application materials and the fees paid by the applicant (see table 1), the coding center will approve the applicant to register the company identification code, and complete the examination and approval procedures for those who really meet the prescribed conditions.

6. The applicant receives the membership certificate of China Commodity Bar Code System, and the application is over.
