What are the architectural features of Qinghui Garden?
In the south corner of the lotus pond of Qinghuiyuan, the main entrance of Qinghuiyuan, the plaque of Qinghuiyuan inscribed by Qing Dynasty calligrapher He hung in the lobby. The plaque is unpretentious, and the word "Qinghui Garden" is vigorous and powerful. It is really a demeanor of everyone, and admiration can't help but arise.

In Qinghui Garden, lush old and famous trees are all over the garden. Among them, a tall old ginkgo tree at the gate, age 160.

Known as a "living fossil", it usually takes a large area of male and female to bear fruit, but this old tree can bear fruit for many years, and it is a "bisexual tree", which is strange.

In Qinghui Garden, there is a rectangular lotus pond. Most of the buildings in the whole park are built around the lotus pond and along the coast. Not far from the entrance hall, there is a "Chengyi Pavilion" that stands out from the crowd in the pool, with a couplet engraved on the waterfront:

The beauty of the mountain pool along the river;

Taking England to see Xiu Yuan has created a talented person.

This couplet was originally written by Long's father-in-law, Shunde Xianfeng, Libu, Gongbu Right Assistant Minister and Great Calligrapher. It was damaged by time and later rewritten.

Cheng Yi Pavilion is called Pavilion, but it is actually a typical waterside pavilion: a platform is set up at the water's edge, part of which is on the shore and part of which is in the water. Rectangular single building is built on the platform, and floor-to-ceiling doors and windows are often used on the side near the water, which is open and transparent. The audience can watch the scenery indoors or on the platform.

Bixi Caotang was the main living room of the owner of the garden. Its main entrance is a hollowed-out bamboo carving "round lamp cover", and the door frame is carved into two overlapping bamboo beams, which is exquisite in craftsmanship and antique. On the skirts of the two glass screen doors, there are 48 different forms of "longevity", such as official script, seal script and bird and insect script, which are called "hundred longevity pictures".

Under the sill window of Bixi Caotang, there is a century-old brick carving with yin pattern named "Light Smoke Dew", which carves secluded bamboo and is skillful in knife cutting. The inscription on the brick carving shows the gardener's ambition;

Lead the paragraph before it is unearthed;

Lingyun is careless everywhere.

The Hexagonal Pavilion and Bixi Caotang are connected by a pool corridor, and this pavilion is mostly the activity place for the dragon mother, miss and her wife. There is a "beauty leaning" next to the pavilion, which can not only "always lean on the curved bar to see the water", but also stand on the bar and appreciate the feelings of the lotus pond listening to the rain and letting the east wind.

Every beam in the swimming pool corridor is carved with delicate Lingnan fruits such as pineapple, carambola and banana, which exudes a strong southern Guangdong flavor. Pavilion column couplets book is:

Yellow fence courtyard water crossing frame;

Incense mirror swallow pool.

Go straight along the pool corridor and you will arrive at the ship hall, which is the essence of the ancient architecture of Qinghui Garden. Boathouse, also known as dry boat, dry boat and not tied to a boat, is a unique building imitating the original boat in China gardens. The first half of the houseboat faces the water, and the bow is always connected with the shore through a flat bridge, which is similar to a springboard, making people feel like they are on board.

The boat hall of Qinghui Garden is purely a dry boat. According to legend, it is a two-story ship built by imitating the purple hole ship on the Pearl River in the Qing Dynasty, which becomes a "ship hall", divided into bow, cabin and stern. This is the only example of architectural design in China.

It is connected with Yin Xi Bookstore and Yanzhanfu South Building Group by a corridor and a trunk bridge, and is connected by a century-old wisteria. The zigzag channel is dotted with water ripples on both sides, and the ship's shape is complete.

The boathouse used to be the Miss Embroidery Pavilion. It is said that the owner of the garden has a lovely daughter. She is beautiful, virtuous, proficient in poetry and calligraphy, and good at piano and painting. Her parents regard this building as a young lady's boudoir and call it "Miss House".

Miss Sugar and the South Building form the fore and aft cabins of the ship. The front door of the ship hall is carved with green bamboo poles, and the flower cover in the hall is hollowed out into two rows of banana patterns. Snails like feathers are carved on the rocks under bananas.

There are two ponds in front of the boat hall, which seem to float the boat in the water. There is a maid's building at the stern, a willow planted at the bow, and wisteria beside the willow, just like a cable. Behind the ship hall, there is also a white kapok tree with pale yellow flowers, which is amazing, because kapok trees usually have red flowers.

In addition, the son of Emperor Qianlong, a famous calligrapher in Qing Dynasty, became the Prince of Aisingiorro? The word "going deep into Lv Yun" inscribed by Yong Xun at that time vividly depicts the beautiful scenery surrounded by green trees.

Together with the boathouse is a group of small garden buildings, which are connected with Yin Xi Bookstore and Yanzhen Building. This group of quadrangle-style study rooms is the place where former garden owners provide reading for clan children and receive visiting scholars. There are many successful people in the owners' homes in past dynasties. Yin Xi Bookstore encourages children to cherish their time and study hard.

Among them, the plaque of "Yan Zhen Fu" was originally inscribed by He, a calligrapher in Hunan Province in the Qing Dynasty, but it was rewritten after being damaged by time.

To the east of the lotus pond, the winding path wants to be left and right first, and the stone leads the flying rainbow up and down first; Each pavilion in the garden appears in pairs with other scenic spots. Among them, there are flower pavilions, and the scene is extraordinary. Moss invaded the stone embankment nearby, and the green water overflowed with red flowers. In the distance, the winding corridors and pavilions are built with walls and weeping willows in rows.

The structure of the flower pavilion is quite unique. In order to keep the look-up plane in the pavilion consistent with the style of the pointed gray plastic tile roof, to achieve the artistic conception of seclusion and refinement, and to avoid the common practice of painting the caisson of the ceiling and covering the rafters with cardboard, which is called "dust raising" and "roof lattice".

From the oldest gate next to the lotus pond, you can enter the "Reading Yun Xuan" in Qinghui Garden. The word "Qinghui Garden" on the threshold is supported by the original work of Li Zhaoluo. The main building of Yun Xuan is the living room of Lingnan Mansion in Qing Dynasty, which embodies the style of Longjia Mansion at that time. The tile structure is layered, which combines the characteristics of pavilions and pavilions in China.

Outside Yun Xuan's living room, you can enjoy reading Yun Xuan's Stone Fun through the cloister on the left. As the saying goes, "the reader is kind and the teacher is the root." Reading Yun Xuan is full of stones with different shapes, or protruding at the foot of the hole window of the flower wall opposite the pond, or kissing the brick foundation embedded around the pond, or standing on the brick terrace, there are stones everywhere, showing their own interests. Among them, the "Lingbi Stone" produced in Lingbi City, Anhui Province, is as hard as steel, with rich colors and strange shapes;

In addition, there are also "Tortoise Stone" produced in Yimeng, Shandong, Shi Ying, Yingde, Guangdong and stalactites in Guangxi, and each stone has considerable appreciation value. As the old saying goes, the stone is the root of the cloud, which means that the clouds in the mountains all curl up from the stone, which is probably the reason for reading Yun Xuan's name.

Not far from Yunxuan in Reading, there is a towering stone mountain named "Fenglai Peak". It is composed of the ancient classic "the confluence of wind and cloud" stone mountain, which was built with the stone of Huashigang in Shandong Province as a tribute in the Song Dynasty. There are nearly 3,000 tons of stones, with a total height of12.8m. It is the largest and highest Huashigang Stone Mountain in Guangdong.

On the rocky mountain of Fenglai Peak, there is a path, an ancient banyan tree that runs through the mountain and breaks through the crevices, and a waterfall that flows straight down. Panorama has reached a state of stillness, stillness and extraordinary momentum, although it is artificial like the sky.

There are several "stopping" stepping stones at the lower pool of Fenglai Peak, from which you can enter the cave and study the ancient wells with long flowing water. The long lake under the waterfall is separated by stone bridges and wavy flower walls.

When reading "Yun Xuan", one side is as flat as a mirror, and the other side is splashed with water and waves, and there are two kinds of landscapes above a lake. Here, you can climb Fenglai Peak and have a panoramic view of Qinghui Garden. You can also rest in the corridor near the water and taste the gray plastic around you.

Starting from Fenglai Peak, you can reach Muying River through a winding and quiet path. Muying River is mainly composed of veranda, small bridge, flower path, rockery, lotus pond and waterside pavilion. From the small door of Mu Yingjian, there is a fan-shaped flower wall veranda, which can go to the stone arch bridge. Several large windows on the flower wall are cleverly decorated with iron flowers, gold foil and ceramics. Each window has a view in different directions, like a fan painting, which achieves the design effect of changing the scenery. There is a half moon pavilion on its left.

The exquisite pavilion in the middle is one of the most distinctive buildings in the whole garden. Put it in the center of the octagonal circulating pool water, and all kinds of famous flowers and different trees are mixed outdoors. If you are in an exquisite pavilion and enjoy the surrounding scenery, you can smell the flowers blowing from all directions whenever there is a holiday, so there is a plaque with "eight tables for incense".

The interior of Linglong Pavilion is full of wooden decorative glass panes, and there are 8 pieces of red glass on the doors and windows, which are the Qing Dynasty glass products left over from Qinghui Garden. There are four stone mountains named after "Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter" around Linglong Pavilion.

Located in the west is the "Qiu Shi", which is made of Huangshi, and plants such as maple, cypress, osmanthus and wisteria are planted next to it, rendering the breath of autumn; Located in the shade of the north is the "Winter Stone", which is taken from Taihu Stone in Jiangsu. The surface of the stone is white, which means snow. The composition is made of the "rich and exquisite stone" in Yuanjiang, Yuan Dynasty, and made into a screen shape;

In the southeast of the morning light, the "Spring Stone" is made of Yingde stone, with stalagmites made of pine bark stone, and bamboo trees and shrubs are planted around it, which highlights the delicate feeling; Behind the "Spring Stone" is the "Summer Stone", which is also the main peak of the park-Fenglai Peak.

Many places in Qinghui Garden have the image of one of the "three friends of the old cold", which shows that the owner has a unique reverence for the noble and modest bamboo, or it is not enough for the owner to sing praises through things, so a courtyard was opened behind the south building in the depths of the garden, named "Bamboo Garden".

Bamboo Garden, next to Muying River, is another garden in Qinghui Garden. The bamboo garden is long and narrow, but it is widely planted and repaired. Bamboo shadows dance with the wind, cicadas sing for a short time, and the scenery is more secluded; As far as the alley is concerned, exquisite peaks and cirrus clouds, pocket eyes, are sweet; The buildings in the bamboo garden are small and exquisite, and there are many works of art and inscriptions in the Qing Dynasty. The word "Zi Yuan" is cast above the threshold of a small hole in Zhuyuan Road, and a pair of couplets are cast on both sides of the small hole door:

The sound of the wind is bamboo rhyme;

The moon is full of flowers.

On the back of the small hole door, both sides are decorated with gray plastic green banana leaves, and a couplet is engraved on the leaves:

When the flowers are in full bloom;

The sun is high and the leaves are heavy.

The bamboo garden is full of flowers and the bamboo forest is elegant. At the end of Zhu Yuan's passage, on the left is "pen gives birth to flowers". The name of the museum comes from the allusion of Li Bai's "dream pen gives birth to flowers", which means "academic success and outstanding literary talent".

The Dragon Family attaches great importance to the education of future generations, and the children of the Dragon Family also understand the realistic meaning of "Yan Zhen Fu" and stick to the purpose of "Xi Yin Bookstore", thus achieving the superb talent of "Bi Hua Fu".

On the right side of the end of Zhuyuan passage, there is a long and narrow cliff mountain. There is a small hole in the mountain, only enough for one person to pass through, hence the name "Doudong". The ancients also used "both Lion Mountain and Doudong" to explain the origin of "Doudong".

This stone scene is ingenious, which not only separates the space, but also protects the sunshine. It is really indispensable. Return to Xi Lu Ji by Dou Dong was written by Li Wentian, a famous calligrapher of Lingnan generation in Qing Dynasty and a scholar in Xianfeng period, when he resigned and returned to his hometown.

Out of the bamboo garden, it is a courtyard composed of "Gui" and "Xiao Pengying" and a wooden building. On the right is the "home", and the Long family left the house to talk about Wolong lodge. The "Return to the Road" plaque was inscribed when the pioneers explored flowers in Shangcun, Jun 'an.

"Back to Lu" and "Camp" are connected in a straight corridor. In these two buildings, "Xiao Pengying" is on the left. Peng Ying, Penglai and Yingzhou, together, are the legendary maritime fairy island names, which embodies the noble and refined mind of the garden owner.

The "Little Peng Ying" hall is decorated with a large-scale painted wood carving "Baishou Peach", on which a peach tree is carved, with lush foliage. The huge "Xiantao" is an artistic treasure with rich folk color, with a mature blush and a festive lining. Together with "big goldfish" and "white kapok", it was called "three treasures of Qinghui Garden" at that time.

Only 99 peaches were carved on this woodcarving "Baishou Peach" tree. It is said that people pay attention to "longevity", but "hundred" is an integer. As the saying goes, "Life is less than 100 years old", and longevity is the end of life. Because "Tibetan" and "long" are homophonic, peach is a symbol of life, and "Tibetan longevity" means "longevity". Besides, 99 has a long meaning. Therefore, "Ping"

There is a wooden building next to Tucki Camp, which is a two-story brick-wood structure. It is beautifully decorated and antique, and its windows are inlaid with colorful wooden lattice glass.
