(The English name is Hebei Teachers' Education Association, abbreviated as HBPTES), which is a local academic organization with legal personality, consisting of teachers' training institutions such as teachers' colleges, teachers' colleges and county teachers' further education schools in Hebei Province, and educational administrators, teaching and research personnel and teachers at all levels engaged in teacher education. As a non-profit organization, it is an important bridge and link for Hebei Provincial Department of Education to unite and mobilize the vast number of teacher education institutions and educators and comprehensively promote the reform and innovation of teacher education.

The aim of this association is to abide by the national constitution, laws, regulations and policies, social morality and fashion, adhere to the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, and strive to achieve teacher education innovation under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents. Starting from the reality of teacher education in Hebei Province, organize all members, integrate excellent educational resources in the province, adapt to the general trend of basic education reform and teacher professionalization development, take scientific research as the guide, actively explore a new developmental teacher education and training model that integrates pre-service education, induction education and post-service education, promote the sharing and promotion of quality education achievements, provide scientific reference for the decision-making of the Provincial Department of Education, and serve the majority of teacher educators wholeheartedly.
