On the basis of the former Huainan No.20 Middle School, 1983 established vocational education and Huainan Vocational Education Center, 1984 was approved by the provincial government as one of the seven vocational education centers, 1992 was recognized as a provincial key vocational high school, and 1995 established Huainan Economic and Technical School. 1996 was recognized as the first batch of national key vocational schools by the State Education Commission, the national key secondary vocational schools in 2000, the national key secondary vocational schools in 2003, Huainan Tourism School in September 2008, and the national key secondary vocational schools in February 2008.
