Undergraduate teaching qualification assessment in ordinary colleges and universities is a form of undergraduate teaching assessment implemented by the state for newly-built undergraduate colleges that have not participated in teaching assessment. The basis is the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Carrying out the Qualification Assessment of Undergraduate Teaching in Colleges and Universities.
All newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities must participate in the qualification assessment of undergraduate teaching work within the prescribed time limit, and guide colleges and universities to improve school-running conditions, strengthen standardized management, improve the quality assurance system within the school, and improve teaching quality and school-running level through assessment.
The core connotation of undergraduate teaching level evaluation is "four upgrades, three foundations, two highlights and one orientation". Promote investment in running schools, improve school conditions, standardize teaching management and improve teaching quality; The conditions for running a school basically meet the national standards, the teaching management is basically standardized, and the teaching quality is basically guaranteed.
Basic principles of designing the evaluation index system of undergraduate teaching level;
1, development principle. Adhere to the twenty-horizontal policy of "promoting construction by evaluation, promoting reform by evaluation, promoting management by evaluation, combining evaluation with construction, and focusing on construction", adjust the evaluation index according to the new requirements of economic and social development and the characteristics of newly-built undergraduate colleges, enhance the pertinence of basic requirements to newly-built undergraduate colleges, and reflect the classification guidance.
2. Guiding principles. According to the development idea of "guiding colleges and universities to locate rationally, running their own characteristics at different levels and in different fields, and striving for first-class" put forward in the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (20 10-2020), two points should be paid attention to in the design of the index system:
(1) embodies the common law of teaching work in colleges and universities, making the conformity assessment index system a "basic reference book" for teaching work in newly-built undergraduate colleges;
