Teenagers are prosperous when they are successful, but they are strong when they are successful. College students are the future of the motherland and the backup backbone of modernization. General Secretary Hu Jintao's important exposition on "Eight Honors and Eight Disgraces" has clarified the most basic value orientation and code of conduct in contemporary China, embodied the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and the requirements of the times, and is an important guiding principle for strengthening socialist ideological and moral construction under the new situation. To maintain Socialism with Chinese characteristics's vigorous development, a fundamental event is to educate the younger generation, including college students, to establish a socialist concept of honor and disgrace, so that they can know the shame of glory, learn to be a man, do things and grow up healthily. Judging from the ideological status quo of contemporary college students, they love the Party and the motherland, are proactive, are good at accepting new things, and are eager to realize their own life value and achieve something. This is the mainstream and should be fully affirmed. However, due to the influence of various social factors, there are also some problems among some students. To sum up, firstly, some college students are confused about their political beliefs and vague ideals and beliefs to varying degrees; Second, some college students' value orientation is distorted and their sense of social responsibility is lacking; Third, some college students have a weak sense of honesty and law; Fourth, the spirit of hard struggle of a few college students is weakened, and the concept of unity and cooperation is poor; Fifth, some students have weak willpower and outstanding psychological problems. In view of the above situation, as schools and educators, we should strive to explore ways and methods to educate college students on the socialist concept of honor and disgrace from the perspective of cultivating qualified successors in socialist modernization.
First, strengthen school management and achieve the goal of education through effective constraints.
As the saying goes: strictness is love, and looseness is harm; Without rules, there would be no Fiona Fang. Young college students are at a critical stage in the formation of their world outlook and outlook on life. Whether they can lay a solid foundation at this stage will directly determine their "achievements" and "destiny" after entering the society. Needless to say, colleges and universities have gone through detours and learned lessons in implementing effective management of students. Before the reform of graduation distribution system, it was easier for schools to manage students. After the reform, the management means were obviously weakened. In addition, some schools expand enrollment and compete for students from the perspective of increasing income, and subjectively relax management. In addition, the negative effects of market economy and the influence of bad social atmosphere have caused a worrying decline in the ideological and moral level of college students.
To educate the socialist concept of honor and disgrace in management, first of all, schools should establish strict management ideas. It is extremely irresponsible for students to let teachers and students know that strictness is love and looseness is harm, whether they ask or let it go. Second, implement scientific and institutionalized management. Schools should establish a set of mechanisms and methods to evaluate teachers' implementation of management and their own roles, and truly implement management responsibilities. Third, improve and perfect the scientific and reasonable moral education evaluation system. While clarifying the evaluation criteria of students' learning effect, we should pay more attention to the evaluation mechanisms such as moral incentives and constraints, and clarify the moral evaluation criteria so that college students can understand what they should adhere to, oppose, advocate and resist. Fifth, innovative management forms. To adapt to the changes of the times and the characteristics of college students, we can try to establish students' social moral practice points and personal integrity files. Schools can carry out star rating activities and award star titles to students who have shown outstanding performance in respecting teachers, uniting classmates, helping others and being polite. Students with excellent academic performance should be rewarded, widely publicized, and those with bad conduct should dare to criticize and even take necessary measures.
To educate college students on the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, we should adhere to the principle of putting people first and paying attention to practical results, and combine education management with solving students' practical problems. At present, we should care about poor students, do a good job in funding, and ensure that no student will drop out of school because of family financial difficulties. We should also do a good job in the employment of students, combine the education of honor and disgrace with guiding and encouraging graduates to work in the grassroots and western regions, and earnestly care for the employment of students with financial difficulties, physical disabilities and introverted personality. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the education of students' outlook on life and sense of responsibility, do a good job in the prevention and intervention of psychological diseases, and ensure that every student can grow up healthily and happily.
Second, give full play to the role of ideological and political courses as the main channel.

Third, pay attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. At present, college students' concept of honor and disgrace can be roughly divided into three levels: the socialist concept of honor and disgrace has a high level; The middle level is the majority; There are also a few low-level people. In actual teaching activities, teachers should organically combine the general requirements of establishing and carrying forward the socialist concept of honor and disgrace with the specific conditions of students in various regions, schools and levels, suit the remedy to the case, adopt targeted ways and means to educate and avoid empty preaching. Teachers should analyze, educate and guide some young students' problems in study, employment, marriage and other aspects, especially some cases around them, so as to enhance the pertinence and persuasiveness of the concept of honor and disgrace education. In addition, according to the characteristics of young people seeking novelty and difference, flexible and diverse forms should be adopted to effectively improve the actual effect of education.
Third, the education of socialist concept of honor and disgrace and the construction of campus culture.
Campus culture is a unique cultural phenomenon of the school and the "intermediary" of social culture to students. It is an activity form and a material form that takes the values of teachers and students as the core and carries these values, including the school's educational philosophy, educational objectives, campus environment, school spirit and study style, as well as cultural life, educational facilities, student organizations, school traditional habits and so on characterized by school education. In the process of educating college students on the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, the construction of campus culture should be guided by the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, centered on the construction of excellent school spirit, teaching style and study style, focused on optimizing and beautifying the campus cultural environment, and carried by colorful and healthy campus cultural activities, so as to promote the formation of heavy campus cultural accumulation and fresh campus civilization fashion. To carry out the education of socialist concept of honor and disgrace, we should adapt to the laws and characteristics of moral construction, adhere to the unity of knowing and doing, and combine education with practice. Schools can organize a series of educational activities on campus, such as poverty alleviation, voluntary labor and civilized language. And can also grasp the negative typical examples of students to analyze and organize discussions, help them identify the truth, goodness, beauty, falsehood, evil and ugliness, and guide them to start from me, from the side, and from the dribs and drabs. They can also go to the society to carry out networking activities with advanced units and figures, and infect and lead young students with the thoughts and behaviors of advanced figures. Schools should advocate and encourage students to use their holidays to carry out voluntary service activities in community nursing homes and orphanages, experience life at the grassroots level and in the production line, visit poor people in remote and backward areas, and let college students get education in practice.
Five, the family and school cooperate with each other to form a joint force of education.
To carry out the socialist concept of honor and disgrace and cultivate a generation of citizens with ideals, morality, education and discipline, the core of young college students is to strengthen moral education and cultivate good ideological and moral character. As far as the current student education in China is concerned, schools and families in primary and secondary schools have strong interaction and close ties. Once they pass the college entrance examination, students will enter the university. Influenced by subjective and objective factors, this interaction and connection is obviously reduced. Some parents have relaxed the responsibility of managing their children and pushed all the tasks of managing students to the school, and even some students have completely relaxed their requirements. In view of this, it is suggested that universities should learn from the practice of primary and secondary schools, hold regular parent-teacher meetings, or organize teachers' home visits to communicate with parents about students' school situation, so that schools and parents will never know each other. Schools can also sign letters of responsibility with parents on students' moral cultivation and follow-up management, and emphasize parents' responsibilities through this form, so that schools, students and families can be trinity in moral construction and have the same goal, forming an educational synergy.
