Students are cadres directly under the county government and children of the army. Fan, director of the government kindergarten, is also the principal, Li Renmin is the business leader, and Ju Jingxian, Wu Jiayang and Li Renmin are the first teachers. In September of the same year, there were only 75 students, most of whom were boarding. Since 196 1, Zhao has been in charge of the business. When Zhao left office, Jiang Chongwen was appointed as the vice president. The school was led by the Education Bureau and renamed as "Jiaoxian Experimental Primary School".

During the Cultural Revolution, the school was out of order. Jiaocheng Central Primary School has been located in Xiangyang Primary School since 1983. The principal is Wang Baochu and the vice principal is Wang.

1984, Xu Qingrui was appointed as the principal of Central Primary School. 1988 quit the central primary school and set up the office education Committee. The school restored the name of Xiangyang Primary School.

199 1 July, Xu Qingrui was transferred, the principal was replaced by Wang, and Jiang Congying was the vice principal.
