Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology is located in the seaside city of Qinhuangdao, the charming summer capital of China. It is a provincial-level ordinary institution of higher learning with the right to award master's degrees in Hebei Province. The development zone campus of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology was merged into the former Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology by the former Qinhuangdao Education College.
