The employment rate of three consecutive graduates exceeds 90%. The higher comprehensive quality and adaptability make the project graduates more competitive in the job market, especially their excellent English ability and in-depth understanding of Chinese and western cultures, which makes the advantages of students in foreign-related units more obvious. A group of students go directly to work in multinational companies after graduation, and the graduates are generally well received by employers and have formed a good reputation in the society.

Students' innovative ability is gradually strengthened. In the 2006 National Challenge Cup Business Plan Competition, nine students, including Zhang Qiang, won the bronze prize in Henan Province. In the 2008 Challenge Cup Business Plan Competition, nine students, including Chen Xue, won the National Silver Award and the Special Prize of Henan Province, which is the best achievement in Henan Province so far. In the 2009 National Challenge Cup Extracurricular Academic and Scientific Research Works Competition, Liu and other students won the third prize in China and the first prize in Henan Province. Project students have made great achievements in various cultural and sports activities, and have achieved excellent results in provincial and school-level sports competitions many times.
