1. Remove the valve cover, crankshaft pulley and timing belt cover; Turn the crankshaft to the top dead center of the first cylinder, screw on the crankshaft fixing screw and fix the crankshaft;

2. Turn the intake and exhaust camshafts with the grooves at the rear end of the camshafts, balance and align the grooves of the two camshafts, and clamp the special tools;

3. Remove the old belt and install a new belt. Crankshaft pulley also has no sliding key. When installing, there is a round hole on the pulley, which is aligned with the groove on the chain shell; 4. The crankshaft position sensor can be adjusted. When installing, the clearance should be adjusted in place, otherwise a fault code will be reported. Crankshaft pulley and pulley can rotate freely.
