In the first week of school, students are not very adapted to the new environment of junior high school, which is manifested in not being strict with themselves in discipline and turning to empty talk. In order to strengthen class management, I appointed temporary class committee cadres to manage and restrain students and help them arrange their study time reasonably. After a period of training, the discipline and hygiene of the class have been improved obviously, and the class work has entered a normal track.
In the second week of school, the resident students of the class moved into the school and began to live on campus. The management of resident students and evening self-study has become the difficulty and focus of class management. Among the 28 resident students, I began to be responsible for the management and strengthening of evening self-study; Then I appointed several class cadres to manage, and as a result, the class discipline was good, and there were few violations of discipline, and the living habits of the students living on campus were gradually developed.
2. Focus of work
When students enter junior high school from primary school, they are greeted by a brand-new learning environment-new teachers, new courses, new learning methods and so on. The first-year students who have just entered junior high school are still very dependent on others psychologically and need teachers' timely and active guidance. Therefore, doing a good job in the entrance education of freshmen is the first thing that every class teacher should do well, and it is also the key to the healthy development of the whole class.
This semester is mainly to cultivate students' self-awareness and habits. I hope that through various activities, they can realize the importance of their own abilities and their importance in the class, so as to develop their own abilities, enhance their awareness of the relationship between the collective and themselves, and cultivate their sense of collective honor and concern for the collective. Ye Shengtao once said: What is education? Simply put, it is to form good habits. So I hope that through strengthening, education and emotional action, students can develop good habits.
3. Specific objectives

Especially in self-study classes, teachers' guided learning methods can change the bad phenomena in self-study classes and improve students' learning efficiency and enthusiasm. Moreover, a group leader of each group, under the leadership of representatives of various disciplines, not only sends and receives homework, but also reflects the daily completion of homework to the teacher. More importantly, it can arrange learning tasks reasonably and organize the whole class to study effectively when the teacher is away.
4. Strengthen the quality construction of students. Through the coordination between the head teacher and the classroom teacher, students' psychology, self-confidence and will quality can be improved. At the same time, we should do a good job of the two types of students, encourage top students to study in advance, give more guidance, and encourage them to make great achievements in the future.
