It is said that after Qu Yuan threw himself into the Miluo River, the local people immediately rowed for rescue and went all the way to Dongting Lake. No one has ever seen Qu Yuan's body. In order to mourn, people row boats on the river, so there is the custom of "dragon boat race". People were afraid that fish in the river would eat his body, so they went home and threw rice balls into the river to prevent fish and shrimp from ruining Qu Yuan's body. Later, it became the custom of eating zongzi on the Dragon Boat Festival.

Today, with the gradual diversification of culture and rich information, why are children familiar with and keen on "foreign festivals" and "foreign customs" in a vast country with a long history and rich program culture? Many people have played down the concept of festivals, especially young parents who are in fierce social competition, and know little about traditional programs.
