Application conditions:
In addition to meeting the requirements of the national unified examination, the following conditions must be met: the majors studied in colleges and universities are non-law majors (the following 13 majors are not allowed to apply for master of laws: law, economic law, international law, international economic law, labor reform law, commercial law, notarization, legal affairs, administrative law, lawyers, foreign-related economy and law, intellectual property law, criminal law). Registration time and precautions:
LLM registration procedures and time are the same as those in June 5438+10 to take the national postgraduate examination. Candidates can register directly at the Graduate Admissions Office of the reported school, or at the registration points designated by the College Admissions Offices of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. Candidates can also apply for two colleges and universities in the joint exam. After the score reaches the admission line stipulated by the state, the first choice is not accepted, and the second choice can be adjusted.
Examination time and subjects: the examination time is the same as that of June+10 in 5438.
Subject 4 of the preliminary examination: foreign language 100, politics (literature) 100, professional basic course (criminal law, civil law) 150, comprehensive course (jurisprudence, constitution, Chinese legal history) 150. Among them, politics and foreign languages use national unified examination papers, and the propositions of two business courses are borne by the examination center of the Ministry of Education.
The examination outline is compiled by the examination center of the Ministry of Education in conjunction with relevant units. The examination books are the Outline for the Examination of Master of Laws and the Guide for the Examination of Master of Laws published by Renmin University of China Press.
