Liu Guangsheng, male, Han nationality, born in May, 1968, from daliang town, wuqing district, party member, CPC, with a postgraduate degree. Worked in July, 1988.

He used to be Party Secretary and Director of wuqing district Land and Resources Branch.

From 2065438 to April 2004, he served as deputy head of wuqing district.
