Teach students something useful to life.
Professor Zhu Yongxin put forward the viewpoint of "teaching students something useful for a lifetime" in his book "New Education Experiment", which deeply touched me. The reason why I took this sentence in the new education as the title may be in line with some of my inner thoughts.

"Teaching students something useful to life" is the truest sentence. The most useful thing for students in their life is undoubtedly the good habits that accompany them. Habits of reading, thinking, obeying rules, being grateful, being healthy, etc. How to form good habits? As a class teacher and Chinese teacher, what measures can be taken to cultivate students' good habits?

First, do one thing every month to cultivate students' good habits.

Since last year, combined with the deployment of the school's moral education office, our class has carried out planned and targeted theme education activities for students, such as: 1 month to save the theme and learn to save from eating. The theme of the February rule is to learn the rule from walking. In March, the theme of public welfare began to learn public welfare from Lei Feng. The natural theme in April. Through outing, cultivate students to be close to nature and love life. Cultivate students' team spirit and collective feelings through outing. Through hiking, children are trained to find beautiful eyes ... These theme education activities have achieved remarkable results in cultivating children's morality and habits.

The characteristic of "Yueshi" is that its theme selection is completely rooted in the most useful habits in students' lives, and it directly points to the cultivation of students' core literacy, so its role is also obvious.

? Second, lead by example and cultivate students' good habits.

? In order to cultivate students' habit of concentrating on their homework, I changed the previous single way of preaching. In the composition class, everyone began to write, and I began to correct my homework. A naughty student began to lose his mind ... another student began to chat with his deskmate ... riots began to appear in the classroom ... At this time, someone raised his hand, but I turned a blind eye, and the classroom became more chaotic ... Someone shouted to report it, but after I confirmed that there would be no safety problems, I still turned a deaf ear ... The monitor was anxious and began to report to the teacher loudly on the stage, but I remained indifferent and corrected my homework. A miracle happened, and the children seemed to suddenly understand something. They suddenly calmed down and began to sit at their desks, only hearing the sound of brushing and writing until I finished correcting the last homework. ...

Teachers are the most intuitive, important and vivid role models for students. Their words and deeds, personality habits and so on have an infection and edification effect on students. Instead of boasting and preaching again and again, it is better to set an example by yourself.

Third, subject infiltration, multi-angle cultivation of students' good habits.

Classroom teaching is not only the basic way to cultivate students' intelligence, but also the main channel to develop good behavior habits. Therefore, teachers should make full use of the classroom to conduct standardized behavior training. For example, when training students' correct writing posture, not only Chinese and calligraphy teachers, but also teachers in all subjects should ask students to be straight, with their heads straight, their chests comfortable, their shoulders flat and their feet stable. Do three "ones", that is, keep your eyes one foot away from the manuscript paper; The nib is one inch away from the finger holding the pen; The chest punches horizontally from the edge of the desk.

Learning the text "Beautiful Rules" should not only make children understand the beauty of rules and human nature, but also guide children to consciously develop the habit of obeying rules.

Fourth, pay attention to daily life and cultivate students' good habits in an all-round way.

The new education believes that for every parent and teacher who loves their children or students deeply, they should learn to let students and their children do their own things, and they should be allowed to undertake the necessary work.

At school, I often guide children to actively participate in voluntary labor, sweeping the floor, mopping the floor, cleaning the blackboard and so on. At home, parents are advised to let their children do more housework, such as sweeping the floor, cleaning tables and chairs, choosing vegetables, washing vegetables and so on. In this way, we can cultivate students' diligent habits from both school and family.

Let them participate in labor practice freely, so that they can at least take care of themselves, learn to respect and understand others in labor, and cultivate good labor habits so that they can benefit for life.

Aristotle once said, "each of us is made by our repeated actions." So Excellence is not an act, but a habit. " Good habits can create a better life.

? There are many things in a person's life that are more important than exam results, among which the most critical ones are the most important habits, skills and lifestyles that are related to a person's life happiness. No matter how well students learn the knowledge in the textbook, they can only use it temporarily. Although the teacher only teaches the child for a while, he should consider the child's life. Our duty is to take the development of students as the starting point and destination, to teach students useful things all their lives, and to be responsible for their lives.
