Students who meet the requirements of issuing the Certificate of Nine-year Compulsory Education in Guangdong Province shall affix their seals on the Register of Graduates of Compulsory Education in Guangdong Province for confirmation, and those who disagree with the issuance shall not be affixed with their seals. One copy of the List of Compulsory Education Graduates in Guangdong Province is returned to the graduation school and the other is kept by the Education Bureau.

The District Education Bureau printed the Certificate of Nine-year Compulsory Education in Guangdong Province according to the audit list of compulsory education graduates in Guangdong Province. After printing, notify the graduate school to collect it and distribute it to students or mail it to them.
