Learning is not systematic enough, and there is a pragmatic tendency in learning. Only those who are closely related to their work learn little. Does not meet the requirements of modern education.

2. Consolidate the course evaluation process and improve the quality of teaching and research. In the course evaluation, the enthusiasm of participating in the course evaluation is not high, they dare not speak or not speak, they can't actively participate in exchanges and discussions, regard themselves as bystanders, and lack a sense of ownership. Or sometimes go through the motions, as a task, put on a show, say a good word, and everyone is happy.

3. Visit seminars to enhance the characteristics of class activities. Because most students spend a long time as partners in school, and they neglect to guide students' extracurricular activities, recess activities are simply prisons for students nowadays. What do they do in the limited indoor space? What can you do? There are many people playing with a bucket ruler and playing cards. The form and content of students' extracurricular activities should be discussed. Personally, I suggest running, jumping, exercising and relaxing in the playground in different periods and grades.
