In order to ensure the safety of campus and the health of teachers and students, according to the latest instructions of the Epidemic Prevention and Control Office of Shaoxing Education Bureau, we hereby give the following instructions on the comprehensive and strict implementation of campus epidemic prevention and control measures in our district:

First, all teachers and students must never leave Shao. If you really need to leave Shao, you should strictly perform the examination and approval procedures and do personal protection throughout. In principle, don't take public transport, and don't go to the districts and cities where the epidemic area is located. Teachers, students and employees who live with their families and need to leave the city should always remind them to do personal protection, take the initiative to report to the unit and the community, and implement health management measures as required. In the near future, teachers, students and employees must actively cooperate to do a good job in health management.

Second, teachers and students who come back from Shaoxing have to make declarations and nucleic acid tests. It is necessary to complete the declaration of "platform" at the first time, and take the initiative to go to the willing checkpoint for two nucleic acid tests on 1 day and the fourth day, and be allowed to return to school with the negative certificate of 1 nucleic acid test. Teachers and students who have been in contact with quarantined people and family observers should return to school with negative proof of nucleic acid test.

Three, the school strictly implements the "daily report, zero report" system. In case of special circumstances, such as secret connection, sub-secret connection, abnormal health code travel card, abnormal nucleic acid test results, etc., teachers and students should report to the local township, district education and sports bureau epidemic prevention special class at the first time.

Four, in accordance with the principle of "unnecessary, online and offline", strictly control the number and scale of off-campus personnel to participate in conference activities. Meetings attended by more than 50 people outside the school and must be held must be strictly examined and approved. At the same time, scientifically formulate and strictly implement the epidemic prevention and control work plan, and do not invite people who have lived in the districts and cities where high-risk areas are located in the past 14 days to attend the meeting. Participants need to measure their body temperature, light up the code and wear a mask during the whole process.

Five, the school continues to implement closed management, strict "small door". Effectively implement the prevention of many diseases and people, things and the environment, prevent and control common infectious diseases in spring, and do a good job in disinfection and ventilation of the school environment. Strict implementation of express delivery does not enter the school. Teachers and students should disinfect express parcels received by individuals in accordance with regulations. Among them, teachers and students who have contacted Yuhang Express Transfer Station recently and have the risk of reminding the package must have two nucleic acid tests, return to school with two negative certificates of nucleic acid tests, and do another nucleic acid test on the seventh day.

Six, off-campus training institutions, stadiums, etc. We should also strictly control the "small customs" as required, and regularly conduct nucleic acid sampling and daily environmental disinfection for key personnel.
