I. Applicant
(a) has not reached the national statutory retirement age, and meet one of the following conditions, you can apply for the qualification of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers in Wudi County:
1. Has a household registration in Wudi County (including Beihai Economic Development Zone);
2. Hold a residence permit in Wudi County (or Beihai Economic Development Zone) (within the validity period);
3. The school is located in Wudi County (including full-time fresh graduates and other full-time students who have obtained academic qualifications);
4. Active servicemen and armed police stationed in coastal forces.
(two) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in our county can apply for teacher qualification in their place of residence with their residence permits; Mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, who holds a permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents to travel to and from the mainland and is valid for five years for Taiwan Province residents, can apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers at the place where the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination is held. The academic qualifications, other conditions and procedural requirements for applying for teacher qualification are the same as those for mainland (mainland) applicants.
Second, the identification conditions
(a) abide by the Constitution and laws, have good ideological and moral character and professional ethics, and be able to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law.
(two) to apply for the qualification of kindergarten and primary school teachers, they should have a college degree or above; To apply for junior high school teacher qualification, one should have a bachelor degree or above.
According to the Interim Measures for the Qualification Examination of Primary and Secondary School Teachers and the relevant regulations of our province, students above grade three in colleges and universities can take the qualification examination of primary and secondary school teachers. You can't apply for teacher qualification if you don't have the qualifications to apply for teacher qualification before you pass the exam but have not obtained the graduation certificate.
(3) Normal students who meet the exemption conditions should obtain the teacher's professional ability certificate issued by their school (within the prescribed validity period), and other applicants should take part in the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and obtain the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination certificate (within the prescribed validity period).
(four) the teaching department and teaching subjects applying for teacher qualification should be consistent with the "Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" or "Certificate of Professional Ability of Teachers in Normal Schools".
(five) to reach the standard of Putonghua proficiency test level 2 and above, and obtain the corresponding certificate.
(six) to meet the needs of education and teaching, with good physical quality. The applicant shall comply with the Notice of the Guidance Center for Teacher Qualification Accreditation of the Ministry of Education on Adjusting the Physical Examination Standards for Applicants with Kindergarten Teacher Qualification (J.Z.Zi. [2065 438+00] 15) and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Provincial Department of Education and Health on Further Standardizing the Physical Examination Items for Enrollment and Employment, According to the standards and procedures stipulated in the Notice on Safeguarding the Enrollment and Employment Rights of HBsAg Carriers (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065 438+00] 12) and the Physical Examination Standards and Operating Procedures for Teacher Qualification Accreditation in Shandong Province (Lu Jiao Zi [20065438+0] No.22), the physical examination conclusion is qualified.
People with visual impairment don't need to test their eyesight during physical examination. Hearing impaired people are exempted from hearing test items during physical examination.
Third, certification bodies.

At the time of registration, the corresponding authorized institution shall be selected according to the requirements of Article 3 of this announcement, and the corresponding audit confirmation point shall be selected according to the system prompt. Among them, in the column of "Please choose the examination form", applicants who have participated in the national unified examination and obtained the qualification certificate of primary and secondary school teachers should choose "National Unified Examination", and those who have obtained the professional ability certificate of normal students should choose "Examination-free Identification Reformer".
Step 3 sign a personal letter
Applicants can download personal books in the "Information Download" column on the homepage of "China Teacher Qualification Network" or the "Remarks" page of the registration system. The downloaded personal handbook is printed in A4 white paper. The book will be integrated into the teacher qualification application form. Please sign my name and date in block letters at the "person" and scan or take photos to upload. After signing the personal book, you can see the overall effect by previewing the application form for teacher qualification certificate. (2) Physical examination
The applicant completes the physical examination within the specified time. Applicants from Wudi County (including Beihai Economic Development Zone) go to the designated hospital for physical examination. Applicants outside the county can go to the hospital designated by the local education department (or administrative examination and approval department) for physical examination, and issue the Physical Examination Form for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Shandong Province. The physical examination results are only used for this appraisal.
According to the current epidemic situation and epidemic prevention regulations, the medical examination hospital and time will be notified separately. (4) Appraisal and obtaining certificates.
After the accreditation body has completed the review of the online application materials, it will make a conclusion according to the review and issue a teacher qualification certificate to the applicants who meet the accreditation conditions. Applicants for kindergarten, primary school or junior high school teacher qualification will receive the certificate free of charge through EMS before June 30th (please fill in the name, address and telephone number of the certificate recipient on China Teacher Qualification Online).
The materials mailed are 1 teacher qualification certificate and teacher qualification application form. Among them, the teacher qualification certificate shall be properly kept by the applicant; Submit the "Teacher Qualification Application Form" to the applicant's file management department in time and store it in my personnel file.
Five, epidemic prevention and control and other matters
(1) The applicant shall know in advance the relevant provisions on epidemic prevention and control at the place of residence and the location of the authorized institution. Do a good job in personal safety protection and conscientiously implement the epidemic prevention requirements issued by the overall leading group (headquarters) for epidemic prevention and control and economic operation in Wudi County.
(2) Applicants are requested to carefully read this announcement in time before registration, carefully read the relevant tips of China Teacher Qualification Network, and make online declaration in strict accordance with the prescribed time, place and method. The applicant shall truthfully state in the personal register. If it is inconsistent with the facts, the applicant will be given an administrative penalty of "revoking the teacher qualification and not obtaining the teacher qualification again within five years" according to the relevant national laws and regulations.
(4) After online registration, the applicant shall have a physical examination according to the notification time and prescribed procedures published by the official WeChat account of "Wudi County People's Government" station or "Wudi County Government Service Center" (see Annex 3 for the physical examination standard), and submit online certification materials through "Guest Office APP" to avoid missing the certification work.
(5) According to national regulations, applicants can only apply for teacher qualification once every natural year.
(six) the applicant shall truthfully submit the relevant materials, and those who resort to deceit and defraud the teacher qualification will be dealt with severely according to the relevant provisions of the state.
