Xiaoliu Village, Ziya Town, Jinghai District, Tianjin was originally under the jurisdiction of wang kou zhen, Jinghai County. Due to the development and construction of Tianjin Ziya Circular Economy Industrial Park, Xiaoliu Village was placed under the jurisdiction of Ziya Town with the approval of the higher authorities in the second half of 20 10.
