The evaluation of league members' education can generally be divided into four stages: ideological education, democratic evaluation, summary and commendation, and organization:

(1) Ideological education stage. At this stage, it is necessary to organize league members to study the party's line, principles and policies, extensively carry out patriotism, socialism, collectivism education and national conditions education, especially to enhance the awareness of league members and strive to improve the succession awareness of the majority of league members who have struggled for the cause of communism all their lives; The social image of league members is better than the model consciousness of ordinary youth; Discipline consciousness of observing national laws and regulations; Study hard and study the sense of success in this profession; The consciousness of diligence and dedication in the construction of "Three Civilizations": the consciousness of playing a vanguard and exemplary role in one's post and social life. To lay a foundation for members to carry out democratic appraisal work in combination with their own study, work and life.

(2) the stage of democratic appraisal. On the basis of each member's personal summary, the League branch and the League branch meeting will be held, and the members will read out the personal summary. Other members should conduct democratic appraisal based on the principle of enthusiastic help and common progress, affirm its advantages realistically, point out its shortcomings, and carry out positive criticism and self-criticism. In the stage of democratic appraisal, it is necessary to listen to the opinions of the League members, the opinions of the Party organizations at the same level and the opinions of the masses outside the League members, deeply understand the ideological status of the League members, make a comprehensive evaluation of the League members, fill out the "Evaluation Form for League Members' Education" and report it to the superior League Committee for examination and approval, and store it in the League members' files.

The comprehensive evaluation of league members can be divided into four types:

A. Members with outstanding performance in all aspects and obvious demonstration role are outstanding members;

B. Only members who basically meet the requirements of membership are qualified members.

C members who have a big gap with the requirements of the league organization but are determined to overcome their shortcomings after democratic appraisal are qualified members who have been helped.

D party member, who gave up his belief in communism and seriously violated the Constitution and other disciplines, is regarded as unqualified party member.

(3) commendation stage. In the recognition stage, it is generally combined with the registration of League members' cards and the evaluation of "reaching the standard and creating excellence".

(4) Tissue treatment stage. Organize to deal with unqualified members.
