Article 9: scale of running a school: the school lasts for six years and has 25 classes. There are 4 classes in each class (the school adjusts 5 classes according to the annual enrollment 1 class), with no more than 46 students in each class.
Chapter II Students and Their Identity Management
Article 10: According to the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and its detailed rules for implementation, all enrolled students, regardless of nationality, race, sex and family status, enjoy equal right to education. The school enrolls children over 6 years old in Lang Mai, Wan 'an, Jibei and Benqing village committees, and starts in autumn. School-age children who belong to the enrollment scope of our school should, under the leadership of their parents, register at the school on time with their household registration books or birth certificates and vaccination certificates so that the school can keep records. Students who are not registered in their own jurisdiction are enrolled in the school by points (refer to the points standard formulated by longjiang town Education Bureau).
Article 11: The teaching adopts the single-class teaching system, and each class has a head teacher who is responsible for class management and cooperates with parents to conduct comprehensive education for students. The number of students in the teaching class shall not exceed 46. ?
Article 12: Students study for six years. Those who complete their studies and pass the exam will get a primary school diploma. ?
Article 13: Students' leave for work or illness shall be approved by the class teacher within 1-2 days, and approved by the guidance office for more than three days in a week. More than one week is approved by the principal. If you can't continue your studies due to illness, and the sick leave time exceeds one month, you must have a certificate from the medical unit, and you can drop out of school after consultation with your parents. If a student has been out of school for more than three months, he should seek the opinions of himself, his parents or guardians according to his actual education level when he resumes school, and then the school will decide to admit him to the corresponding grade.
Article 14 Those who fail the subject examination at the end of the school year are allowed to make up the examination, and the assessment of students should be comprehensively evaluated in terms of morality, intelligence and physical fitness. Students who have achieved excellent results and reached a higher grade ahead of time are allowed to enter the corresponding grade and report to the higher authorities for the record. ?
The school gives great recognition to students with excellent academic performance. The school set up awards for three good students, civilized students, outstanding young pioneers, outstanding class cadres, outstanding students on duty, full-time students, the top three in each grade, and learning progress. Article 17: Students may be enrolled on the premise that the classes are not full. Students who apply for classes must obtain the consent of the school in advance, issue the original school transfer certificate and the comprehensive evaluation form of students' quality, and go through the registration formalities with the approval of the Education Bureau.
Article 18 In order to solve the enrollment problem of some migrant workers' children, the school shall, as appropriate, solve some students who have borrowed from school according to the situation of students given by the class.
Article 19: All students in school must strictly abide by the Code for Primary Schools, the Code for Daily Behavior of Pupils and the rules and regulations of the school promulgated by the State Education Commission.
