Organize implementation
The education bureaus of counties (cities, districts) should strengthen their organization and leadership, and the entrance examination departments and schools should set up consultation service stations for senior high school entrance examinations, open consultation telephones, and provide timely consultation services for the majority of candidates.
1. Before filling in the volunteers, all junior high schools should once again organize candidates to seriously study the Implementation Plan for Enrollment of Senior High Schools in Shijiazhuang in 2023 and the General Rules for Enrollment of Senior High School Entrance Examination in Shijiazhuang in 2023.
Candidates fill in the relevant documents and regulations such as voluntary instructions and voluntary operation procedures. Help candidates accurately understand the enrollment policy of the senior high school entrance examination, fill in the volunteer process, and guide candidates to fill in each batch of volunteers reasonably.
2. During the period of volunteering, all junior high schools should provide good online newspaper environment and guidance services for candidates, especially rural candidates. 1. Candidates should improve their awareness of information security, protect their login passwords, and be responsible for voluntary content and reporting operations.
2. Before filling in the form, you should fully understand the enrollment policy, enrollment scope, enrollment plan and other relevant information through official website of the Municipal Education Bureau, official website of the Municipal Education Examinations Institute and the "2023 Shijiazhuang Senior High School Entrance Examination".
3. You must use IE 1 1, Edge and Google browsers to log in to official website of Shijiazhuang Education Examinations Institute to fill in the form. Other browsers, mobile phones and tablet mobile terminals are not supported.
4. Candidates are requested to fill in and make corrections voluntarily between 9: 00 am on July 4th and 9:00 am on July 7th. After the volunteer filling system is closed, all candidates are not allowed to fill in and modify their volunteers. All information is subject to online reporting.
5. Candidates who forget the login password need to receive the SMS verification code through the mobile phone number filled in at the time of registration, and retrieve the password with the SMS verification code.
6. Make sure the mobile phone number is accurate and effective. Candidates who can't normally receive the SMS verification code sent by the system or need to modify their mobile phone numbers for other reasons should contact the enrollment of their counties (cities, districts) in time and modify their mobile phone numbers with valid certificates.
