Pre-school education thesis: On how to strengthen the relationship between young and old in kindergartens?
Therefore, kindergartens and primary schools are very different in forming and adhering to their own educational and teaching characteristics and models. For a long time, the differences and connections between "young" and "small" have been ignored in education and teaching, which leads to the lack of transition in the content, requirements, forms and methods of education and teaching between kindergartens and lower grades of primary schools, and the obvious "disconnection" phenomenon has appeared. Many children graduate from kindergarten and enter primary school, but they have no or insufficient experience preparation for the transition to primary school. In the new living and learning environment, they immediately feel the great pressure from all sides that they have never experienced before, and many children have great difficulties in adapting to the new living and learning environment physically and mentally. As a result, their cognitive interest is rapidly declining, and their self-esteem and self-confidence are weakening. Therefore, in view of the "disconnection" phenomenon in current education and teaching, our park has done a lot of work to establish mutual contact, enhance mutual understanding and strengthen mutual cooperation:

First, a series of youth gatherings, seminars, consultation meetings and other activities.

1. Organize meetings and learning activities for teachers.

First, organize a forum for primary school teachers and kindergarten teachers. Let the primary school teachers analyze and evaluate the children trained by our kindergarten teachers, and give some effective improvement measures to make the work of "connecting young and young" in this large class more inspiring. We also put forward some problems and methods for primary school teachers, so that primary schools can also move closer to kindergartens. Then organize relevant teachers to study and strengthen teachers' ideology. For example, watch the video of Primary School Code, watch primary school teachers attend classes, and invite primary school teachers to come to the park for on-site guidance to understand the requirements of primary schools for students and some situations of primary schools. Teachers should also update their ideas and often read articles about "young convergence".

2. Organize discussion and consultation activities for parents.

According to the needs of parents, carry out a series of lectures or consultation activities for children's small connections. For example, invite excellent primary school teachers to give parents a lecture and tell them how to prepare their children for school. Ask some primary school teachers to hold seminars and consultation activities with parents in different classes. And send the relevant plan of "connecting young children" to parents, so that parents can know more about how to cooperate with kindergartens to educate their children and make them transition to primary school smoothly. Each class should also organize the teaching open day activities of parents' groups in a targeted manner, and discuss with parents the problems existing in children's life, study and ability. Teachers should study parents' feedback in time and improve their work. It also organized all the parents of the big class to hold a defense meeting and a "young connection" knowledge contest.

Second, improve children's ability from all aspects, and truly achieve young convergence.

1, close to each other in time.

Kindergarten classes, according to the regulations, the collective activity time is about 30 minutes, focusing on the alternation of movement, games and children's activities and participation. Primary school class lasts for 40 minutes, which is more static and inactive than kindergarten, and requires strict classroom discipline. Therefore, it takes 40 minutes to enter primary school from kindergarten, which is undoubtedly a severe test for many first-grade pupils. Many children's yearning for primary school life turned into a beautiful bubble at this time, and their hearts began to be disappointed. In order to alleviate this situation, the kindergarten has appropriately extended the group activity time, and the group activity time of the big class in the next semester is about 30 minutes, so that children can be fully prepared psychologically and in terms of time concept. This convergence is very effective.

2. Study habits and work and rest requirements are interrelated.

Cultivate good study habits and let children master the correct posture of sitting, writing and holding pens. Our school has been emphasizing sitting posture, writing posture and holding pen posture for many years. If these basic postures are not correct, the correction of senior students often has little effect. Therefore, it is particularly important to establish the above good habits in the initial stage of kindergarten and primary school grade one. There can be special training and guidance in the later stage of the big class, and learning to write some simple numbers does not require fast, but only requires standardization. You can also organize the competition of "sitting posture, writing posture and holding pen posture" in large classes, and organize children to watch related videos. These activities have achieved good results.

There are also routine requirements for cultivating good study habits. For example, guide children to gradually maintain the stability and persistence of attention in group activities, and try to drink water and go to the toilet after the activity. In group activities, teachers can actively concentrate on listening, and teachers should strengthen the training of children's attention and thinking agility. In daily life, teachers rarely use the material rewards commonly used for children in primary and secondary schools, and pay attention to stimulating children's heartfelt concentration and interest in things, cultivating children's inner learning interest and motivation, and making them adapt to the learning life of primary schools smoothly.

3. Pay attention to the cultivation of life ability.

Kindergarten large classes should strengthen the cultivation of life ability. For example, tidy up your schoolbag, manage your belongings, go to kindergarten on time, fall asleep on time, play freely together, listen to instructions to complete tasks or listen to the teacher's verbal notice to bring designated items. Children who have the right to use have laid a good foundation in self-care ability, time concept, task consciousness, sense of responsibility, problem-solving ability, independent communication ability and good interpersonal skills, so as to reduce the rambling phenomenon in primary school and gradually learn.

4, the improvement of language expression ability

In terms of language environment, Zhuhai is a complicated dialect area, among which Cantonese, Hakka, Chaozhou dialect, standard or local accent Putonghua are the most important. The cultural quality of parents is also uneven, which brings some difficulties to the early childhood education in our special zone. Therefore, to create a good language environment, on the one hand, teachers are required to pay attention to the standardization, elegance and richness of language, on the other hand, teachers are required to encourage children to communicate more in Putonghua, and they are also required to advocate more dialogues in Putonghua at home. Secondly, it is necessary to create a natural environment for learning Chinese characters in the creation of large class environment, and to stimulate children's unconscious instinct of frequent Chinese characters. For example, illustrated pictures, Montessori's three-stage learning method and so on. , are children's own ways to learn Chinese characters.

5. Strengthen the cultivation of reading ability.

In our garden, especially in large classes, we insist on reading activities, including free reading and reading activities under the guidance of teachers. These two activities not only give children the opportunity to freely choose reading content, but also get the guidance of teachers. In purposeful and planned reading, reading methods, reading interest and reading ability have been greatly improved. These abilities directly and effectively promote the development of learning ability. There is such a situation in the class at ordinary times that literate children like reading, and they can learn more words by reading. People interact with books, and their learning ability and interest grow in interaction. Having such a foundation to enter primary schools has brought great convenience to the study and life of primary schools. For example, at the beginning of class, I can listen to the teacher's request to correctly understand how to get books, read notices, like literacy activities, read newspapers smoothly, and correctly understand the meaning of questions. Literacy interest, reading ability and understanding ability are obviously stronger than those of illiterate children, and the learning starting point is high.

It is worth noting that our teachers never specially design activities to teach literacy, and children's literacy activities are arranged in the district. Children use the environment and operable materials provided by teachers to carry out activities and choose learning content and learning time according to their own interests. We should know that literacy is not the task of early childhood, but "using the environment and naturally acquiring" is the important experience to success. Similarly, we introduce this experience to our parents.

6. Teach children pinyin properly.

When discussing with primary school teachers, primary school teachers pointed out that children have only one month to learn pinyin after attending primary school, which has brought great pressure to students. Therefore, under the guidance of primary school teachers, we teach children 23 initials, and we use various gap time to teach by audio-visual education. Such as: primary school Chinese pinyin software, pinyin tapes, etc. Give children standard pronunciation and correct guidance. After letting children go to primary school, they learn pinyin more solidly.

These activities have laid a good foundation for children to enter primary school. In the future work, we will explore more ways to make children better transition this turning point and difficulty of growth.
