What procedures do outdoor wall advertisements need to provide to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau?
Article 9 of the Regulations on the Administration of Outdoor Advertising Registration stipulates that outdoor advertising publishing units shall submit the following application materials when applying for outdoor advertising registration:

(1) An application form for outdoor advertising registration.

(2) Business licenses of outdoor advertising publishing units and advertisers or business qualification certificates with the same legal effect.

(3) Proof of the right to use the outdoor advertising publishing place or facility. Including the property right certificate of the site or facility, the use agreement, etc.

(4) Outdoor advertising samples.

(5) Laws, regulations and other documents required by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Commissioned to publish outdoor advertisements, it shall submit the entrustment contract signed with the entrusting party for publishing outdoor advertisements, the business license of the entrusting party or the business qualification certificate with the same legal effect.

If the use of advertising forms, places and facilities to publish outdoor advertisements requires the approval of the relevant government departments in accordance with the provisions of the state or local governments, the approval documents of the relevant departments shall be submitted.

The relevant approval documents shall be submitted for the publication of advertisements that should be approved by laws, regulations and rules.
