A labor education practice base organized by the provincial government or social forces, or a comprehensive practice base, research base, off-campus activity place for teenagers, vocational colleges and practice places for ordinary colleges and universities that can undertake labor education practice activities in colleges and universities.
According to the principle of subordination and territorial management, the bases built by ordinary colleges, higher vocational colleges and provincial secondary vocational schools can be directly declared to the Provincial Department of Education, with each school limited to 1, and other units can declare to the local education administrative department (see Annex for the number of declarations in each urban area). According to the actual situation of our province and the application and evaluation, the Provincial Department of Education studied and determined the number of selected people.
