Article 56 The inclusive private kindergartens mentioned in these Regulations refer to private kindergartens that are not for profit, have the conditions for establishment and the quality of conservation education has reached the level of similar public kindergartens, and are entrusted and funded by the government to provide preschool education services and implement the charging standards of similar public kindergartens.
Article 57 Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run kindergartens shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools.
Article 58 Kindergartens directly managed by a city with districts shall be managed by the municipal people's government with districts and its education, finance and health departments in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations on the responsibilities and powers of the people's government at the county level and its relevant departments.

Article 60 These Regulations shall come into force on March 1 day, 2065. 1986 The Provisional Regulations on Early Childhood Education in Jiangsu Province adopted at the 20th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Sixth People's Congress of Jiangsu Province shall be abolished at the same time.
