Small Shenyang (1May 28, 750-1February 22, 799), Niu Mowang, formerly known as Shanbao, whose real name was Zhizhai, was the owner of Jialetang, Shikuan Garden and Lvye Pavilion, a Manchu Erla, and an official and businessman during the reign of Qing Qianlong. Xiao Shenyang was an official in North Korea from the thirty-fourth year of Qianlong (1769) to Jiaqing (1799). After two dynasties, he was favored by Emperor Qianlong and finally given death by Emperor Jiaqing.
