2. Kindergarten education integration seminar activities
The baby in the nursery left the nursery and went to a small class. However, when I arrived in kindergarten, I changed to a new environment, a new teacher, children crying, emotional instability, and kindergarten teachers found that some children had bad behavior habits in class. Teachers in small classes invited teachers from nurseries to participate in this seminar, so as to make a good connection for children in nurseries to better adapt to kindergartens.
On the evening of February 26th, the nursery school and our kindergarten teachers attended the seminar. Everyone is around:

Based on practical experience and combined with the age characteristics of children, this activity gave teachers a deeper understanding of how to better organize children's day activities in the park, carry out educational activities and make good contact with children.
The connection between children is the end stage of early childhood education and the beginning stage of primary education. On March 18, the teacher of Class 3 of Senior High School held a special discussion on the "Youju" teaching and research group to comprehensively arrange the "Youju" activities this semester. Taking the large class as the experimental class, starting with psychological preparation, focusing on cultivating children's good study and living habits, strengthening the interaction between kindergartens and primary schools, helping children adapt to the fault problem in the connection between young and old, laying a good foundation for children and making various preparations for primary school learning.
4. Discussion and research on the topic of "Research on Cultivating Children's Good Behavior Habits"
Our garden has carried out a series of related discussions and studies around this topic. This semester is the preparation stage of the project, which is mainly to learn relevant theories, study the project design, set up a project team, make a research plan and demonstrate the project. The two-time project study in the whole park gave teachers a preliminary understanding of how to carry out and implement the project. Conduct discussion activities around the topic every year to prepare for better implementation and development of the topic next semester. The small class held a seminar on "cultivating children's good hygiene habits"; In the middle class, a seminar was held to cultivate children's autonomous learning habits, good behavior habits and autonomous learning habits. The graduates sent away by the big class this semester will welcome a group of lovely children, who will hold a seminar to cultivate their good living habits.
5. Carry out courseware making and teaching plan evaluation activities around the project.
Children are young and in the initial stage of life. In the cultivation of children's good behavior habits, we should also take children's cognitive rules as the direction, not only let children know what to do, but also let them know why they should do it and why they can't. Children understand that bad behavior habits will bring harm to people, and good behavior habits will be beneficial to life and study, then he will be willing to do it. There are many accidents in children's real life, which contain rich educational resources. If teachers can seize the opportunity, properly guide and use vivid examples in reality as living teaching materials to educate children, they will be very convincing and play their due educational value. For example, children wash their hands after urinating, and the teacher asks them to dry the pool. Naughty children like to go against the teacher's instructions and deliberately wet the ground. At this time, the teacher might as well take pictures of the scene at that time and make ppt courseware to guide the children to observe and discuss: "Look, is this child doing well?" Why? "Through discussion, children understand the consequences of their actions, which will make the ground dirty and easy to slip. Therefore, kindergarten teachers make courseware and lesson plans, and teachers actively participate. Six teachers won the design prize in this activity, and this design lesson plan and courseware will be carried out as a project activity in the class next semester.
6. Open class observation activities are carried out in the whole park.
In order to further improve the professional quality of teachers, from April 20 to May 4, XX, kindergartens carried out open class observation activities for teachers throughout the park. Our garden has always attached great importance to family education, in which parents' open day is one of the important ways of parents' work. In order to let parents know better about their children's life and study in kindergarten, and understand the modern ideas and scientific methods of early childhood education, a three-day half-day parents' open activity was held in Rising Sun Kindergarten from May 10 to May 12.
Before the activity, the teachers made full preparations: carefully selected design activities, carefully arranged every detail of the half-day activity, and conducted a serious trial teaching. 8. To undertake the meeting of the provincial project "Study on the Suitability of Kindergarten Music and Game Teaching Model" of the pre-school education discipline of the county teaching and research section.

The meeting of kindergarten leaders and research groups, a provincial-level topic of preschool education in the county teaching and research section, "Study on the Suitability of Kindergarten Music Game Teaching Mode", was held in our park. 12 members of the kindergarten research group gathered in the sunrise auditorium. The above are some important work of teaching and scientific research in our garden this semester. In addition, there are some daily work, such as making plans, preparing lessons for teachers and evaluating the environment. Our garden is going on in a down-to-earth manner. Although there are some gains in the work, there are also many shortcomings. If the research of the subject is not deep enough, teachers' enthusiasm for learning is not high enough, and they are somewhat satisfied with the status quo; Teachers' enthusiasm for writing articles is not too high, and the quality is not high ...
