Spark program is an educational aid program. The Fire project aims to help and encourage middle school students with financial difficulties but good academic performance to continue their high school education. Initiated by the China Youth Development Foundation, the program recruits students from all over the country every year. Funding standards include tuition, accommodation and living expenses.
