Most Buddha's eyes are slightly closed. Buddhism is education, and Buddha statue is an intuitive teaching method for Buddhist disciples. Buddha's eyes are divided into two parts, eight closed, eight inside and eight in the world. When we are sitting quietly, we are prone to dizziness when we are completely closed and easy to disperse when we are fully open. All beings are sick, or sleepy, or scattered, so half-closing their eyes helps meditation. Secondly, it also implies that we should always look at ourselves and not stare at others, but we are not ignorant. The sixth ancestor said, "He is a true yogi. He has never seen the world." In other words, don't think about other people's mistakes, and practice is mainly to practice yourself. This is a conscious saint. The eyes of the Dragon King and the Heavenly King we saw were wide open, because they were protectors. Open your eyes and see clearly that it is the executive organ, so that you can perform your duties. The Buddha's eyes closed slightly, showing the Buddha's compassion for all beings.
