From 65438 to 0999, Comrade Qiao Shi, the former chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), inspected Huaishi and wrote an inscription: "Attach importance to quality education for young children and cultivate all-round talents", which fully affirmed and highly praised Huainan children's art; Feng Shuangbai, Party Secretary, Executive Vice Chairman of China Dance Association and Dean of China Dance Research Institute, believes that Huainan children's dance is a historic breakthrough in China children's dance art and can represent the top level of contemporary children's art in China. In view of the good foundation of children's art in Huainan and its influence on children's art in China, the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, after consulting with the Chinese Dancers Association and reporting to the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the All-China Women's Federation and the provincial government for approval, decided to hold the China Huainan International Children's Art Festival in our city.
