First of all, organize relevant teachers to learn and strengthen teachers' ideology. Secondly, provide articles related to "young convergence" to promote the renewal of ideas. Then we have an in-depth discussion together to make the teachers' ideas clear. Finally, through a class and two research activities, the idea is put into practice to further improve teachers' understanding of the relationship between children and young children. Many questions at the seminar resonated with everyone, gave us more inspiration, and also saw the shortcomings and areas that need improvement. Some teachers also recorded the process experience and settled in the children, so that our children can smoothly transition to primary schools, adapt to primary schools, and lay the foundation for their lifelong development. Through discussion activities, we have more deeply realized that under the background of the second-phase curriculum reform, the innovation of children's connection should be based on the new educational concept. From the perspective of children's follow-up development and lifelong learning, the preparation of children's interests, habits and abilities in children's connection is far more important than the preparation of knowledge.
