Anyone who meets the registration requirements in the Interim Provisions on the Examination of Technical Qualification of Preventive Medicine, General Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing and Other Health Technologies issued by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Personnel (Ren Weifa [2006 5438+0] No.65438+064) can sign up for the examination at the corresponding level.
Pharmacy major:
Persons who sign up for the qualification examination of primary pharmacists/pharmacists/pharmacists in charge shall abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) (People's Republic of China (PRC)), have good medical ethics and professionalism, and meet the following corresponding conditions:
(a) to participate in the pharmacist qualification examination, to obtain a secondary school or college degree in pharmacy, and to engage in the professional and technical work for 1 year.
(two) to participate in the pharmacist qualification examination.
1. Obtained technical secondary school education in pharmacy, and was employed as a pharmacist for 5 years;
2. Obtain a college degree in pharmacy and have been engaged in this professional and technical work for 3 years;

(three) to participate in the intermediate qualification examination
1. Obtained technical secondary school education in pharmacy and worked as a pharmacist for 7 years;
2. Obtained a college degree in pharmacy and worked as a pharmacist for 6 years;
3. Obtain a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and have worked as a pharmacist for 4 years;
4. Obtain a master's degree in pharmacy and have worked as a pharmacist for 2 years;
5. Get a doctorate in pharmacy.
In any of the following circumstances, you may not apply for taking the pharmaceutical professional and technical qualification examination:
(1) The person responsible for medical accident is less than 3 years old.
(2) The person responsible for medical errors is dissatisfied with 1 year.
(3) If an administrative sanction is imposed, during the disciplinary period.
(4) Forgery of academic qualifications or violation of discipline during the examination for less than 2 years.
(5) Other circumstances stipulated by the provincial health administrative department.
The academic qualifications or degrees specified in the registration conditions refer to the academic qualifications or degrees of regular institutions of higher learning recognized by the administrative departments of education and health of the state. The deadline for calculating the working years is the end of the year of examination registration.
