Since the beginning of this year, our school has set off a vigorous reading activity in the whole school. I was also fortunate to have access to a good book-What is Real Education-50 Masters of Education. This book selects more than 60 articles by 50 masters, trying to answer four most important questions that educators are eager to solve: (1) What is education? What realm should education pursue? (2) How does education become art? How can I be wise and charming? (3) In the face of heavy and trivial education and teaching labor, how can teachers overcome job burnout? How to create and experience the happiness of success at work? (4) How should students grow up healthily and enjoy happiness in their educational life? After reading this book, I benefited a lot and felt a lot. But limited to my knowledge, I dare not say, dare to say two of them. Where it is impossible, it is mostly a sense of correction. 1. How do teachers overcome job burnout in the face of heavy and trivial education and teaching work? How to create and experience the happiness of success at work? Teachers' work is arduous, complicated, heavy and trivial, and in this labor, most people have to spend their whole lives, which is easy to produce job burnout, especially in today's social conditions, all kinds of temptations surround us, and teachers' work is relatively poor, so we should be able to resist temptation and job burnout. What should teachers do? I think the following points are for reference only. First of all, we should have lofty educational beliefs, sound personality and long-term commitment to our own education and upbringing. Faith is the spiritual pillar and motive force of human life. Zhu Ziqing once said: Educators should have faith in education, just as religious people have faith in their own God; Educators must have a sound personality, especially those who can sacrifice themselves and work hard. Dostoevsky, another German educator, also pointed out that only by devoting himself to his own education and upbringing can he really cultivate and educate others. ..... Educators and teachers must find the strongest stimulation of real education in themselves and their own missions; For him, taking self-education as his lifelong task is a double and triple sacred responsibility. There is no higher motivation than the above self-education. Secondly, we should have a humble heart, a tolerant heart and a heart that loves education and children. Secondly, teachers should experience professional happiness in the long educational labor, because education is self-serving and altruistic. Where is the happiness of education? Many teachers may not have that experience, but Liang Qichao, a famous politician in China, understands the happiness of teachers' labor in this way: educators are particularly cheap. First, happiness lies in the career itself. You don't have to wait until you finish your career to find another pastime, so you can continue. Second, enjoy this kind of happiness as much as possible, and it won't cause future trouble, so it's thorough. Third, take the happiness of the educated to help them become their own happiness, so that they can be complete. Happy education. Second, how should students grow up healthily and enjoy happiness in their educational life? Now everyone thinks there is something wrong with education. Children are kept at home, separated from their partners and nature, and buried in the sea of books and mountains all day. Everything is measured by test scores, and children's success or failure is judged by college entrance examination results. It is the sorrow of our education to let more and more children read all kinds of problems, especially personality defects, with high scores, low energy and depression. The real education should be to let students grow up healthily, enjoy happiness and enjoy happiness in their educational life. Outside the classroom, it is the distant sky of education. The life of education lies in activities. Extracurricular education activities are of great significance in the process of human growth. As a person, children need not only knowledge, but also will, faith, communication, code of conduct and so on.
