For more than 26 years, he paid attention to observation and teaching, wrote investigation reports, and fought endlessly: either writing a summary of educational experience or writing typical materials in factories and rural areas; Either write a report to the leader and "marry" him, or go to the cottage classroom to engage in "educational reform." People go out for sightseeing to learn from the scriptures, but they are praised as pens, to "three similarities", "copying advanced" and "pen war"; People live a good life, but they are willing to live in a leaky room and "climb the grid", never complaining, taking "work needs" as comfort. It was not until the autumn of 1987 that he changed from "involuntary" to self-destruction from the propaganda department to the county annals editing room, and his pen was brilliant. But the work here is more difficult. As soon as he arrived at the county records office, he became the deputy director, then the director and editor-in-chief At that time, relying on his own experience and courage, he thought that the compilation of local chronicles was a piece of cake under the direct leadership of provinces and counties (1993 Danzhou City). It only takes three or four years, and it will be a great success. The county records office has only four staff members (the former director has already been transferred), and the logistics staff account for half. They are "four soldiers relying on one general" and their business personnel have a low level of education. Some people are still "sick" and even jump up and down all day, sowing dissension and ulterior motives. After he became the director of the office, they fought for the position of deputy director, tearing each other down. At this time, the county government transferred two young cadres: one is an educated youth, the other is a township cadre, and the other is a college student with only two years' experience, clamoring for promotion and titles all day. At this time, it is difficult for him to grasp both business and ideological work. So some people are still "self-aware" and think that they are not writing materials, but let him meet the requirements that come to the fore; Some try their best to let him study or participate in various short-term training courses on local chronicles; Some hands-on guidance has enabled him to continuously improve his business ability and be competent in writing. So, from cataloging, organizing compilation to complete success, he forgot to eat and sleep, and after mobilizing everyone's enthusiasm, he finally successfully completed the compilation and publication of the new book "The Records of the Immortals" (a total of 28 volumes,1.2000 words, published by Xinhua Publishing House) in 1996. This is the most valuable work in his life. When the new edition of Danxian Zhi came out, experts from all provinces rated it as "excellent work", "excellent work" and "one of the best newly compiled local chronicles", which was a sample of Hainan's newly compiled local chronicles in the 1990s, and also a comfort for him to keep clean all his life. His deeds have been included in the book Star of Contemporary China Records, and he is a unique figure in Hainan local chronicles. His career, quietly cultivated, from education to ambition, step by step, and finally achieved great success. Up to now, he has edited 6 books and participated in editing 10. He has published more than 40 papers and more than 200 poems, and won the first, second and third prizes and excellent prizes from the Provincial Local Records Society, Literature Newspaper, Contemporary Writers Newspaper and Hainan Literature Research Association. 1996 was awarded the title of advanced worker of local chronicles compilation in Hainan province. Biographies have been compiled into more than 20 dictionaries, such as "World Excellent Talents Ceremony" and "China Poets Dictionary".
