Local blocking treatment can also be used, and triamcinolone acetonide or betamethasone injection can be used to treat the skin lesions, and the effect is better. For systemic treatment, antihistamines such as loratadine, ebastine, cyproheptadine and ketotifen can be taken orally for patients with severe itching, sedatives and hypnotics such as diazepam and oryzanol can be taken orally for patients with neurasthenia, and intravenous blockade of procaine can be considered for those with severe itching.
