The latest epidemic policies in Guizhou are as follows:
1. All kinds of legally operating market entities in the whole region, except high-risk areas, strictly implement various epidemic prevention and control measures such as current restriction, on-site code scanning, registration, inspection of health codes, travel cards, negative proof of nucleic acid testing, and resume normal business within 3 days. Pharmacies should do a good job in the sales, registration and management of "one refund and two resistance" drugs in accordance with relevant requirements;
2. All kinds of enterprises and project sites except high-risk areas strictly implement "closed-loop management" and return to work in an orderly manner;
3, all kinds of schools, kindergartens, teaching and training institutions at all levels in the region, the time of returning to school shall be subject to the notice of the education department;
4. All people who enter public places and take public transportation must take strict temperature measurement, wear masks, scan the place code, and take the initiative to show their health code, travel card and negative proof of nucleic acid test within 3 days before entering. Red team and yellow code personnel are prohibited from entering public places;
5. All welfare institutions and pension service institutions in the whole region strictly implement closed-loop management.
Legal basis: Article 6 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.
The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.
Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.
The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
Article 7
Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work.
Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
