Requirements for East China Normal University: 1. Education, psychology and other professional backgrounds are preferred.

2. Experience in poverty alleviation or teaching in education administrative departments and counties is preferred.

3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, and be good at communication and cooperation.

4. Be able to cooperate with counselors to participate in guiding students several times each semester.
