After research and exploration, I summed up the "five more" and "three less" to cultivate students' self-education and self-management ability.

First, "more than five" means more planning, more induction, more communication, more concern and more examples.

2. More induction. This was put forward in front of all the students. As a high school student, although I am close to an adult, I have a strong sense of self-independence. However, due to their shallow social life experience, their words and deeds often deviate from the code of conduct that should be followed. 3. communicate more. As educators, because of the differences between students and the times in their growth process, they have different ideas about the value of life and social life, so a hot topic that people have been talking about for many years has emerged: "generation gap". If this so-called "generation gap" exists or even develops for a long time between two generations, the consequences will be unimaginable and it will inevitably lead to an "isolated" state. Form a stubborn "rebellion." My approach is to communicate with students ideologically and volitionally. Communicate the requirements of the school and students' understanding; Communicate different understandings of social phenomena; Communicate different values and so on. Topics can include many aspects: the different experiences of two generations, political activities after liberation; Various social phenomena since the reform and opening up; From singers, movie stars, stars, idolization, etc. In fact, the life content and social life phenomena faced by this generation are much richer than ours. However, they are relatively immature, can't have a correct understanding of some problems, don't want others to replace themselves, and emphasize "independent thinking". In this way, this kind of "communication" is very necessary. In mutual communication, they can weaken their "vigilance" and "resistance" to the different consciousness of the previous generation and open their minds. Only in this way can we guide them to have a correct understanding of social life phenomena and form a correct outlook on life. When they are mature, their abilities of self-education and self-management will be improved accordingly.

4. Pay more attention. This generation of young people have a common weakness. Because of their rich living conditions, most of the things they did since childhood were taken over by their parents, with little or no setbacks. Their psychological endurance has not been exercised accordingly, so their psychological endurance is relatively poor, lacking perseverance and eager for the care and love of others. Therefore, it is very important to pay more attention to them and cultivate their ability of self-education and self-management. Teachers often "severely criticize" students' bad behaviors instead of persuading and inducing them, which can only lead to the formation of the other party's rebellious psychology, but is not conducive to the formation of good psychology.

Teachers can only play the role of "nanny" for anything, no matter how big or small it is, which runs counter to cultivating students' self-education and self-management ability. These are all contrary to the "five excesses". Because I have implemented the principle of "five more" and "three less" in my work, the students' self-education and self-management ability have been greatly improved, and the work of the class teacher has been correspondingly "relaxed".

In addition, in practical work, we also pay attention to constantly summing up and improving in theory, constantly learning and sublimation, and think that the growth of teenagers has its own laws. Healthy and mature psychology has its signs:
