Legal basis: Article 8 of the Measures for Continuing Education of Road Transport Drivers in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the duration of continuing education for road transport drivers is two years. The cumulative time for road transport drivers to receive continuing education in each cycle shall be no less than twenty-four hours. Measures for integrity assessment of the Ministry of Transport: 4. If the road transport driver has one of the following circumstances, score 3 points at a time: 1. Failing to take necessary measures to prevent the goods from falling off and scattering; 2. Driving a vehicle that has not been repaired and tested according to regulations to engage in road transport business activities; 3. Driving a vehicle that is not covered by the carrier's liability insurance as required, and engaging in road passenger or dangerous goods transportation business activities; 4. The credit rating has not been annotated for more than 30 days without justifiable reasons; 5 more than 30 days did not participate in continuing education and training.
