Shengli education system is an education system run by the former Shengli Oilfield enterprises, including primary and secondary schools. Later, enterprises stripped off their social functions and all of them were owned by Dongying City. The current Shengli Education Management Center is the former Shengli Oilfield Education and Training Department, which is responsible for the management of primary and secondary schools belonging to the former Shengli Oilfield, and is a subordinate department of Dongying Education Bureau. The current treatment is also implemented according to the same standards.
